In the Apocalypse, I Just Want to Keep a Low Profile and Stay Alive

Xing Yao saw everyone reminiscing about their day out. Thinking about it, it really had been a long time since they’d been able to let loose and enjoy their youth like this, not since the apocalypse began. He felt the same way and voiced what was on his mind. “We wandered through the bustling city, enjoying the endless delights of the food street. Our childlike sides came out in the arcade, while laughter rang through the shopping frenzy. In the last days, we’ve found ourselves in an age of prosperity, with the city lights shining bright. At the Mingyue Restaurant, we sampled delicacies at a lavish feast worth millions. Seafood and fine wine filled the table, while mutant beast meat astonished everyone. We spent money with abandon and reveled to our hearts’ content. This scene, this feeling, will never be forgotten.”
