The Misadventures of a Popular Campus Heartthrob

After a deliberate smear campaign, the aloof and distant college heartthrob Wu Buke crosses paths with Jian Ran, who seems sunny and handsome but is actually a yandere. Their meeting looks like an accident, but Jian Ran has carefully schemed to make it happen.

It is all because Jian Fei, his half-brother born outside the marriage, treats Wu Buke differently. Jian Ran wants revenge on Jian Fei and means to make him suffer a crushing loss.

Jian Ran uses every trick in the book to win Wu Buke's favor. During a kidnapping he stages himself, he discovers a secret about Wu Buke's body. Pretending to be a stranger, he uses that secret to threaten Wu Buke!

But as he spends more and more time with Wu Buke, Jian Ran is drawn to his resilient spirit and forgets his original goal. He wants to stay with Wu Buke forever.

But the truth cannot stay hidden forever. Jian Fei, hurt and betrayed, uncovers what really happened and tells Wu Buke everything. Wu Buke has always thought of Jian Ran as a younger brother, believing him sweet and adorable. Now he is devastated. He could never forgive Jian Ran for deceiving him.
