Nameless [1]

A story full of wild ideas, with a carefully plotted story, no heroine, brain-burning clashes between all sides, and a protagonist who grows over time. The first book in the Nameless series, it features the least-informed, weakest, and most hard-pressed-to-survive protagonist. He's something like a lone wolf: at the center of the vortex, yet at the very bottom of the survival ladder. There are more than a dozen major characters, each carefully drawn and distinctive. The protagonist isn't invincible, there's no heroine, and the story isn't mindless. It's packed with wild ideas and brain-teasing twists from beginning to end. Some may say my writing is only so-so, but I believe the plot will absolutely draw you in.

The protagonist, Nameless, suddenly appears on a strange stretch of yellow earth, with no memory of who he is. As he searches for answers, he is frustratingly killed, then fitted with a strange mask. But this also marks the beginning of a grand "performance" a hundred years in the making... The zodiac? Cats? An absurd universe? Trials? Companions who transmigrate through time? ... To learn the truth, turn the pages of this book.
