The Song Dynasty's Baffling Arson Case

[Song Dynasty Mystery + Fire Investigation + Passionate Team Spirit] The Great Song Fire Brigade takes you behind the blazes to uncover conspiracies and murder plots!

Beneath the splendor of Lin'an in the Southern Song, fires break out across the city, cases are shrouded in mystery, and murderous schemes lurk inside and outside the court!

The army has a special fire brigade tasked with putting out fires. Its elite unit, Fire Brigade Seven, is considered the finest of the Great Song's fire brigades.

The Lin'an Prefecture is ordered to form the four-person Kui Squad to investigate the causes of fires. Leading them is Han Du, the “Jade-Faced Gentleman” with foxlike eyes. He recruits a rough-and-ready young man with an extraordinarily keen sense of smell, nicknamed “Sea-Turning Hound”; forcibly enlists a palace painter with no experience who disguises herself as a man; and, after three visits, persuades the old hand Jiu Gong to join them.

After undertaking one life-threatening firefighting mission after another, the four-person team grows closer and more united, defending the people of Lin'an with their passion and their very lives.

Alongside the fiery devotion of the Great Song's firefighters, the loyalty to the nation shown by legendary figures such as Xin Qiji and Lu You is deeply moving, while the courtly power struggles between Han Tuozhou and Empress Yang are equally gripping!
