Meow! So My Childhood Nemesis Has Had a Secret Crush on Me All Along

[Childhood sweethearts + female lead turns into a cat + male lead has a secret crush] [Sharp-tongued, roguish childhood friend × straightforward, lively childhood sweetheart] Jiang Runian had an annoying childhood friend. When they were little, he cut off the hair she'd grown so carefully and ruined the birthday present she'd given him. From then on, she swore she'd stay away from him. Unfortunately, the two seemed bound by an inescapable fate. They were classmates from kindergarten through high school, until she turned into the little cat Salt, belonging to her sworn enemy. Meow (horrified)! Jiang Runian lowered her head and looked beneath her. If she remembered correctly... Salt had already been... SPAYED. When Lu Yan was five, a little nuisance appeared at his side. She cried and made a fuss, always wanting to be comforted, and he wiped away her tears and snot. He was ready to spend his whole life looking after the little thing, but then she stopped paying attention to him. Then one day, Jiang Runian ran up to him. “Lu Yan, just say you like me already. I've decided to go out with you.” [They get together only after they're both adults]
