Five Lifetimes of Reincarnation and Heartbreak

Bound by a love that spans five lifetimes, she loves only one man in every life. Though fate has destined her to be with someone, she unexpectedly falls for a man outside that destiny. To change her fate, she transmigrates back to the past, searching for the one and only person in her heart. She travels across mountains and rivers, crossing endless years in pursuit of that deep affection. In her heart, she loves only him. No matter how the world changes, her love never wavers. He waits silently in the mortal world, keeping watch through a thousand years. In his heart, there is only her. He waits for her to appear again, to enter his life and rekindle the fire of love within him. His love is like an ancient tree, rooted deep and never withering. All is destined, as fate brings people together and then parts them.

The passage through time and space and the twists of fate cause them to meet and miss each other across worlds. Their eyes meet, their hearts understand one another, and they seem to have known each other all along.
