[Strong female lead, satisfying revenge + cowardly System + no women fighting over men + fantasy + happy ending]
Lian Cheng stays cool while going crazy, always ahead of the curve when it comes to mental instability.
When in doubt, throw two punches! (The short version.)
Lian Cheng was unlucky in her previous life, with her life as a beast rising and falling, rising and falling, until she was tortured to death despite struggling to survive.
After binding with a System and being reborn, she unlocks the memories of her previous previous life as humanity’s governor, regains her talent in every element, and goes on a merciless rampage!
She beats the System into submission, dumps her prospective mate, breaks free of her family of origin, shows no mercy to a single enemy, gains access to a spatial dimension, and uncovers the truth. She loves herself most of all, has seen through countless scumbags, knows when to cut her losses, and won’t scavenge even a single wild vegetable.
A snake’s forced love is rejected; a straightforward white wolf is her lover from a past life; a gentle, adorable younger rabbit; a beautiful, proud elf who gets jealous easily; a high priest who shapeshifts into a tiny person and recklessly gives himself away; twin green-tea mermaids; a redemption story for a tragic, powerful panda… The Demon Ancestor’s many scattered souls can be collected throughout the beast world. (Both leads are sexually inexperienced.)
All ranks range from 1 to 10.
It's so beautiful, and the author's dialogue is so well written. The heroine has a clear mind and won't be blinded by false emotions. It's really great.
