The heroine, Liu Yiyi, is a medical student from the 21st century. One careless mistake sends her into the body of a deranged princess who takes pleasure in tormenting her prince consort day after day.
She treats human life like nothing, is as fat as a pig, and has a heart as venomous as a snake's. As if that weren't miserable enough, the seemingly unremarkable prince consort turns out to be a hidden powerhouse. After narrowly escaping death time and again, she accidentally becomes the boy's one true love, and that's what saves her life.
From then on, she throws herself into her career and her weight loss. Everything else is just a passing cloud.
