In her previous life, Shen Zhiruan died on the battlefield protecting the people, protecting her elder sister, and reclaiming their territory…
Shen Zhiruan had done right by her country and its people. The only person she had failed was her elder sister.
Shen Zhiruan: “Sister, I’m sorry. Ruanruan was naughty and didn’t listen to you. Sister, I miss you.”
Shen Zhiwei: “Ruanruan, you were good. You’re a great hero, protecting your home and country, protecting the people, and reclaiming our land. I’m proud of you.”
In this life, Shen Zhiruan is bound to an entertainment-industry System and has to follow its instructions…
System: “Host, you need to take part in this variety show.”
Shen Zhiruan: “All right. How do I take part?”
System: “Host, you need to fake a romance with him.”
Shen Zhiruan: “No. The country hasn’t yet grown strong and prosperous. How can I think about love?”
