Qin Moxuan accidentally got a system and resurrected from the dead, and thus obtained the TARDIS in the (Doctor Who) space. He traveled through various spaces to perform rescue missions, and thus staged a chaotic story of past and present lives with the Saiyan prince Vegeta.
