King of Contracts

(Based on a real-life big shot. The plot is somewhat exaggerated. No System, no rebirth, no transmigration. Read closely to appreciate the details.)

A brilliant young man fresh out of university enters the working world and accidentally gets involved in cryptocurrency. After being framed by an acquaintance and betrayed by his lover, he ends up buried in debt and behind bars. But misfortune turns to fortune: in prison, he meets the Zen Master (an alias), a benefactor who will change his life forever. Through one conflicted cycle after another of affirming and doubting the Zen Master, through the agony of being liquidated and losing everything on leveraged trades time and time again, and through the torment of turning half-gray before the age of thirty, he finally attains enlightenment. With the help of leveraged futures contracts, he rises rapidly. After enduring all kinds of ups and downs, he finally becomes a formidable force in the speculative investment world and achieves a twofold redemption of his love and his character.
