Li Fugui is a tree man. In an old mountain village, he's what people call the village guardian. Everyone thinks he's crazy, but he knows he isn't mentally ill.
He has a secret: he keeps transmigrating to a mysterious, eerie, modern... prison...?
This seems to be another era.
Iron chains on the floor bind Li Fugui's ankles. The tungsten bulb on the ceiling flickers like it's short-circuiting, and the moldy room is occasionally filled with the squeaking of mice. There's even an LED screen hanging on the wall...?

Fugui is bewildered. It's driving him crazy.

Li Fugui wakes up in a grave and discovers he's become a zombie?
