Half-Warm, Floating Through Life

Xia Bannuan died, only to be reborn in another world as Zhan Yingyue.

Zhan Yingyue, Princess Consort of Prince Ning'an, Commandery Princess Guiyi, and daughter of General Zhan, a founding hero of the realm.

But when Xia Bannuan arrived, an imperial edict swept all of that away!

Her husband was dead, her title stripped, her son missing, and she was not even worthy of a surname...

Trapped within Zhan Yingyue's many identities, Xia Bannuan struggles to live on the brink of death.

She endured exile to a bitterly cold land and the assassins who hunted her along the way. But she could not endure her beloved's betrayal or the abandonment of their homeland!

In the unseen threads of fate, whose present-day dream is she mending, and whose half-life of turmoil is she unsettling?

One familiar yet unfamiliar character after another steps into her tangled web of love and hatred.

Who are the people binding her: those she knew in her past life, or the ones she loves in this one?

Half a wheel of sunlight is reborn within a chaotic full moon; half a lifetime of reincarnation spills ink across an unfinished painting.

Xia Bannuan is caught in the confusion of past and present lives.

This time, will she charge headlong into a mountain of blades and a sea of flames, or worship the Bodhi with not a leaf clinging to her?

She is no phoenix reborn from the ashes, nor is she Ma Liang, painting with a brush.

This time, she will be only Xia Bannuan, and let all this chaos return to dust and earth.

A major character is introduced in each part.

3.

No golden finger and no protagonist's halo. A sweet-and-angsty couple, with a little male-on-male shipping.
