Some Trainers have no sense of honor and like to skip over the Pokemon during battles to attack their opponents themselves. Perhaps it’s because of people like them that Pokemon battles need referees.
Xu Xing is a proud battle referee, and he has his own rules for dealing with dishonorable Trainers.
