Ling Nan is a college student who slacks off every day. All it took was a few casual complaints about a domineering CEO novel for the System to drag her into the book.
The System originally wanted her to experience life as the female lead and change her opinion of the novel.
But thanks to its own stupid blunder, Ling Nan ended up transmigrating as the vicious villainess in the CEO novel, a woman who does every bad thing imaginable.
To keep Ling Nan from meeting the tragic end she suffered in the original story and make up for its mistake, the System decides to help her win Fu Chenzhou's affection.
“No. I don't want his affection. I want to slack off.”
But Fu Chenzhou is going to divorce her, so she has to find a way to support herself. She becomes a designer, and her work consistently leaves people impressed.
But that's still not enough. A fixed salary of twenty thousand yuan a month just won't cut it.
So Ling Nan sets her sights on becoming a celebrity.
She makes a smooth entrance into the public eye with the line, “Arigato, Meiyangyang-san. I'm Liang Zhichao's grandma.”
After that, she churns out one viral quote after another.
“Smiling at you is just good manners. I gave you an inch, and now you think you're entitled to a mile.”
“From the south side to the north side, ask around and find out who's the boss. I'm AKA Ling Nan.”
“Wipe your nose, then pull up your pants, and you're ready to hit the streets. Bean-toe shoes with tight pants, I'm Ling Nan, remember the name.”
And so Ling Nan begins her wild journey through the entertainment industry as a free-spirited young woman.
(The male lead is not Fu Chenzhou. For details, see the author's note in Chapter One.)
Content warning: There might not be a male lead. The author hasn't decided yet, so don't read if that bothers you.
I like it so much, love it, love it
It's pretty good, but it's a pity that I didn't finish it.
