Synopsis

“People... have their joys and sorrows, their partings and reunions. The moon... waxes and wanes.”

“But what do I have?

...Nothing but knives. Endless knives.

“I don’t even have a name. Sugar was the name I gave myself.”

“Mom has a loving husband, and my little sister has companions who would live and die with her. Mo Zi has nothing at all...”

“Sigh, I wish I could call someone Mom, too, but... I don’t have one.”

“Those so-called... Peking Opera Cats without bloodlines are the real monsters!”

“What... am I supposed to do?”

“Don’t lose heart, Xiao Mu! You’ll always be my little sister. You have a family! You’re not alone!”

“Xiao Mu, you’ve got us. We’ll always be by your side.”

“I’m Wu Song. Sure, I’m an heir to a prestigious family, but you’re a member of the Xingluo Class. We’re one team.”

“Is this... the justice I’ve longed for? So this is what having a family feels like... Thank you...”

“Heh... Who knew a little cat could have such intense mood swings...”

“Is this a dream? Something I never even dared to imagine is right in front of me... No, even if this is a dream, I never want to wake up.”

Smiling depression... Not everyone has it. They seem cheerful on the outside, but are quiet within, unwilling to reveal their hearts. Their hearts are buried very, very deep, and once they fall into the abyss, it’s hard to face the sunlight again.

All right, all right, enough joking around. Everyone, could you leave a request for an update? Please? I’m just some lousy novelist. If you’ve made it this far in the blurb, you’ve had enough knives, right? Could you leave a request for an update? Thanks! I’ll keep working hard to update! (^v^)
