A red lotus plant turned into a demon, received the blessing of Buddha, accidentally hit it, and grew into a weapon to slay demons. It was used by the immortals and despised by all the demons. They met the mutated little phoenix who had the same problem and was abandoned. The two demons thought they were redeeming each other, but they found out that they were just using each other.
