People in Wuhan call deceiving people and calling swindlers the "Dispatch Party". At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, there was a dissident king in Hankou named Zhou Shaogui, nicknamed One-Eyed Son. Zhou Shaogui is a member of the Dawan family of the Zhou family in Hanyang County. He was born into a scholarly family. Later, he was seduced by evil slaves and gamblers and went astray. He lost all his family property and had no choice but to go into the world and specialize in deception and abduction. But some of the deceptions he planned were like funny stories. When people spread his stories to this day, they have long forgotten or did not think about the suffering and pain of the victims in the stories, and only regarded them as jokes. Some of his stories have become local anecdotes in Hankou.
