Operation Serum

The underground forces of Huaguo have been infiltrated and corrupted by Sakura Country and a host of other unfriendly nations. In the end, this will pose a grave threat to the stability of our society and the well-being of ordinary people.

Since the nation’s aboveground forces cannot intervene directly, Zhang Fenglin is entrusted with this mission. He builds his own underground organization to fight back, drive out foreign infiltrators, and reform the underworld, all in the hope of restoring harmony and prosperity to the people of Huaguo.
