·Several kittens climbed down from my back. I could feel their little paws, hear their gentle calls, and see their little gray fur;
· Put on an old top and try to really notice what I like about it: the delicate embroidery, the silky satin, the bright colors;
·I am like a machine, pursuing one achievement after another. When I stop and enjoy the journey itself, I find that I am surrounded by happiness;
·Spend a day writing a thank you note to each family member, listing all the good things in your life.
Gratitude breeds positive emotions—love, compassion, joy, and hope. When we sow the seeds of gratitude and nurture an inner garden full of sunshine, fear, anger, and depression will dissipate effortlessly.
I encourage you to use this book as a starting point to start watering your own seeds with gratitude. I encourage you to use this book as a guide to discover what giving and receiving means to you. But I don't really like that person who is always pursuing achievement. I feel like he is so tired. I think we should all be more grateful for the little things in life, as the book says, and you will find a lot of beauty! I would like to recommend this book to other friends to experience the power of gratitude together!
