Arriving in Response to the Call

(No transmigration, one female lead, post-apocalyptic survival, no escape-game elements, no System, and no padding. Hope you enjoy!)

The Star Devourer was summoned by humanity. It descended in response to their call and devoured Earth.

An atomic bomb blast wave at the end of World War II drew a meteor to Earth.

It was the Star Devourer's vanguard, transmitting Earth's coordinates and awaiting the Devourer's arrival to consume the planet.

It sought to stop humanity from advancing science and eventually destroying it.

The meteor unleashed a barrier around Earth, destroying human civilization and bringing scientific progress to a halt.

The meteor's arrival gave rise to mutations among Earth's life forms.

Unaware of what was happening, humanity began to worship the meteor.

Worshipping... calling...

Descending in response to their call...

The Devourer will come...

Faced with a Star Devourer no human force can defeat, watch the boy raised by a silver wolf grow, little by little, and save Earth!

Dear readers, please wait a moment.

If you find the story slow to get going, start from Chapter 13.

This is my first time writing a book, and I haven't quite mastered the pacing yet. Please bear with me.
