The next thing that should be mentioned is probably the two novels with Wilhelm Meister as the protagonist, although they are far from as widely circulated and popular as some lyric poems and the novel "The Sorrows of Young Werther". In fact, the two novels "Wilhelm Meister's Age of Learning" (hereinafter referred to as "The Age of Learning") and "Wilhelm Meister's Age of Wandering" (hereinafter referred to as "The Age of Wandering") are similar to the poetic drama "Faust" in many aspects. In a certain sense, they are really like twin sisters conceived and grown at the same time by the same mother.
