Birds and Serpents

We’ll continue if fate allows. Temporarily on hiatus. [Two male leads, both strong, both devoted, 1v1, ensemble cast]

Zhu Bai is the gong, Gui Ye is the shou. No role reversal or switching, so enjoy with confidence.

For now, the main pairing is the two protagonists. Feel free to ship anyone else you like~

An original fantasy setting told from the perspective of the demon race.

Synopsis: Zhu Bai and Gui Ye are ancient descendants of the demon realm. Their inherited memories guide them to the Heavenly Dao Continent to seek a chance to ascend, but the Heavenly Dao restrains the demon race and forbids them from harming humans. As a result, all demons on the Heavenly Dao Continent suffer abuse at human hands.

To escape the humans and find a way to break free of this restriction, the two enter the Scarlet Blood Blessed Land in search of the demon ancestors who perished on this continent. They venture into the ancestors’ resentment and piece together the stories of the past, bit by bit.

“Let the Sea of Chengyuan overflow, and become rain that washes away karma.”

“The story of the previous epoch must come to an end.”

Content warning: The first five chapters describe the two protagonists in their beast forms in the demon realm. They don’t enter the human world and take human form until Chapter Six. If that bothers you, you may want to skip this one.
