“Add Hinata Hyuga as a friend. Obtain chakra natures: Lightning and Fire; Kekkei Genkai: Byakugan; taijutsu: Gentle Fist!”
After Naruto Uzumaki gets the Friend System, all he has to do is add someone as a friend to gain their chakra natures, physique, Kekkei Genkai, ninjutsu, and taijutsu.
And so Naruto sets out to become the shinobi world's social butterfly, approaching everyone with, “Hey, handsome/beautiful, I feel like we've known each other forever. Want to be friends?”
