In the first month of the first year of Jingkang in the Northern Song Dynasty (1126), the Jin army crossed the Yellow River south and came to Bianjing City. The protagonist Wu Du wakes up in an abandoned temple in the back street of Xiangguo Temple in the south of the city and finds that he has completely lost his memory and only remembers his own name. He possesses superb martial arts and tactical instincts, but he knows nothing about his origins or the era he lives in. During the crisis of the siege of Bianjing, Wu Du was forced to be involved in the historical torrent. Through a series of events, he gradually came into contact with the anti-golden forces. In the process, memory fragments of modern special operators flashed across, suggesting that he may come from the future or another time and space.
