From the start, he runs into a wealthy young master! Liu Yi, a veteran programmer and senior game engineer from Shenzhou City, accidentally transmigrates to the Tang dynasty while developing a new game, Great Tang Simulator. He isn't an emperor, a member of the imperial family, or a noble, but an ordinary commoner. With a modern mind and solid scientific knowledge, Liu Yi is determined to turn Chang'an into the world's most technologically advanced city:
Build steam engines and spinning jennies, then set up factories and assembly lines.
Build ships, launch great voyages, and bring in crops from abroad.
Promote hybrid rice so the people of the Tang dynasty never go hungry or lack clothing.
Build cannons and blast the Turks.
Build luxury hotels and Sichuan restaurants to improve the lives of the people of the Tang dynasty.
Build a power plant in Chang'an and light the Tang dynasty's very first lamp...
Watch as Emperor Taizong makes three visits to Liu Yi's thatched cottage to persuade him to serve the court.
Come on [give me your heart] [give your heart]
