Stars in Your Eyes

The most beautiful star is one you gaze at; the boy you love most is one you hold in your heart.

Main characters: Shi Huan and Qin Mo

Qin Mo: “Huanhuan, do you believe in gods?”

Meeting Qin Mo’s gaze, warm enough to drown in, Shi Huan looked at him with nothing but trust. “I believe in you more than I believe in gods.”

After a long pause, Shi Huan asked Qin Mo in return, “Then do you believe in the light?”

Qin Mo: “I believe in you more than I believe in the light.”

In Qin Mo’s eyes, the gods had heard his prayers and healed his girl.

In Shi Huan’s eyes, Qin Mo was a ray of light shining into the abyss, giving her hope to go on living.
