Sunset and Afterglow

More precious than money are family, love, and friendship.

That summer, I returned to Nanhu Town and met a boy who could sway my emotions. We grew up together, but things were far more complicated than I had imagined. After going through many hardships, the boy changed completely.

I witnessed many beautiful love stories, but when it came to me, love felt so heavy.

Many years later, I met him again. Unlike before, he now had an osmanthus tattoo on his neck.

“Long time no see, little Xi!”
