Pampering the Kept Woman

Jiang Wu is mute and a concubine's daughter, and at the Minister of Revenue's residence, she lives worse than the maids.

After a man takes her virtue, the fearsome governor of the Western Depot takes her away to become a eunuch's mistress.

From then on, she has no choice but to do everything she can to please the man who violated her.

After her aunt dies, Jiang Wu is finally free to break out from under his control.

Later, the once-arrogant and unruly governor trudges through the downpour at Xishan, falling to his knees with every step, begging only for Jiang Wu's safety.
