This book is composed of the memories of veterans who served in the Central Army of the Kuomintang and participated in the Anti-Japanese War. The Central Army had many numbers and better equipment than the local armies. It was an important force in the Anti-Japanese War. This book only uses the personal memories of more than 120 veterans to try to show a corner of the countless cruel battles the Central Army experienced.
