The Immortal Sea

After endless ages, in the end, he still had nothing. Though he came close to giving it everything he had, he could not turn the tide. Born into a clan, he brought about the world’s destruction at the appointed time. Along the way, he strayed into many worlds, made friends, and broke through countless obstacles. He protected the sun and moon in his heart and defended everything that was his. He did not seek to be a great saint; he only wanted to be worthy of those around him. Yet in the end, he could not protect the one pure place in his heart. He explored the mysteries of time with his own body, step by step bringing it back to his side. No one understood, no one knew, no one realized. Though he attained profound cultivation and commanded vast power, even the Lord of Myriad Worlds regretted not cherishing the years gone by.
