Stellaris: The Boundless Sea of Stars

[Stellaris + Interstellar Exploration + Planetary Development + Warships]

Luo Tianyu, once a captain in Earth's fleet, was framed and forced to flee the Solar System with his companions. By a stroke of luck, they passed through a wormhole and arrived in an unknown star region. There, through a series of chance encounters, they found a fallen ancient civilization, a miraculous supermachine, and colossal creatures drifting between nebulae... Should they cling to the fallen empire's coattails? Inherit the technology of an ancient civilization? Deliver divine revelations to native worlds? The Galactic Community asked, “It's only been a few years since we last met. How did you become practically a god?”

(This novel is set in the Stellaris universe, but you can follow along even if you've never played Stellaris.)
