This Grand, Sweeping Secret Crush

Ling Zeyu and Du Xinyi met at an after-school tutoring class for students preparing to enter middle school. They never expected to end up in the same class once middle school began, becoming classmates. As they spent time together, both understood how the other felt. Their love was just one confession away, yet somehow they both chose to hurt each other and end a relationship that had been growing clearer by the day. When they went off to university, they went their separate ways and lost touch for many years. Then, during a business trip, Du Xinyi unexpectedly ran into Ling Zeyu, now a successful professional with an outstanding girlfriend. She had thought this was what she, too, would become as a capable adult, but it turned out she was now just one more person living an ordinary life.

What will become of that love that never had the chance to begin now that they have met again?
