You Were Told to Confer the Gods, Not to Invade the Three Realms!

(The Chan and Jie Sects, I’m going to wipe them both out!! With the whole world against me, I’ll fight every sage under heaven and forge a Netherworld Star. When all living beings have become vengeful spirits, that will be the only path to a great unity for humanity!)

After transmigrating into the Investiture of the Gods world as Jiang Ziya, he was destined to become a mere tool for the Investiture of the Gods, with no chance at immortality!

Just then, his senior brother brought him the God-Striking Whip, and a bold idea suddenly came to him.

From that day on, he became the person King Zhou relied on most.

King Zhou: Ziya, all I did was take a concubine, but Bigan, Grand Tutor Wen, and the others are all against it!

Jiang Ziya: Your Majesty, these people are truly detestable. Why not let your humble servant kill them?

King Zhou: This is infuriating!! I didn’t push Huang Feihu’s wife to her death on purpose. Does he really have to rebel and leave?

Jiang Ziya: Your Majesty, let me capture him and kill him in front of all the officials!

King Zhou: Great Shang has fallen. Could it be that marrying Su Daji really was a mistake?

Jiang Ziya: Don’t worry, Your Majesty. I’ll go kill Su Daji right away.

Years later, when Yuanshi Tianzun saw Jiang Ziya leading countless millions of vengeful spirits in an assault on the Three Realms, he flew into a rage and cursed him!

“I told you to confer the titles of the gods, not to attack the Three Realms!”
