An Old Dream of Langchi

Langhua, shall I give you this whole pond of lotus flowers?

The lotuses in Lang Pond bloom year after year,

but the old friend appears only in dreams.

By the Xishui River, atop the Seven Stars Terrace,

where is my old friend? Where is that old dream?

If there is another life, I wish only for my old friend to stay by my side.
