Fresh out of college, Lin Youran keeps striking out in her job search in the big city, so she decides to return to her hometown and take over the family business: a shabby old guesthouse left behind by her parents.
She plans to live a quiet life as a small business owner, but unexpectedly binds to the Myriad Worlds Travel System and becomes its ninth Host.
The System says, “I'll take you traveling through the myriad worlds to relax and clear your mind.”
She believes it.
That is, until the guesthouse takes her hurtling straight into a zombie-infested apocalypse.
Only then does she understand: the System isn't taking her sightseeing. It's turning her guesthouse into a gateway to salvation, a chance to survive, and a spark of hope in one desperate world after another.
Inside the guesthouse, she is invincible. If anyone causes trouble, the System takes action automatically. It doesn't kill indiscriminately; it simply enforces the rules.
All business is conducted at clearly marked prices: one point equals one yuan, and all prices match those in the real world.
No handouts, no saintly do-gooding, just fair trade.
The guesthouse upgrades step by step, from a ramshackle building to a boutique hotel, then a luxurious estate, and finally a resort village spanning the Myriad Worlds.
In every world, she clears a dangerous area, buys a piece of land, builds infrastructure, and leaves behind a permanent passage through time and space.
People from each world can use the passages to stay at the guesthouse, buy supplies, and trade treasures from across the Myriad Worlds.
Once she leaves, the passages never close.
She doesn't save the worlds. She simply gives them a chance to save themselves.
And her guesthouse will eventually become the ultimate hub connecting the myriad worlds
The content is all repetitive, good night. Describing the beauty that the heroine brought to them in the apocalypse is all written in passing style, without any major changes. I have only listened to Chapter 31 and I am speechless. I feel that there is no difference between the ones written by Liu Shui Wen Ai and those written by AI are better than him. I say good night every day and sigh every day about what it will bring to the end of the world 🙂
In the tenth year of the apocalypse, less than 5% of the people survived. Is human nature still so kind?
The plot is very attractive
