My Ex-Boyfriend, Who Gave Me the Cold Shoulder for Two Years, Accuses Me of Cheating

My ex, whom I’d been giving the cold shoulder for two years, suddenly called me. “Baby, you’re not mad anymore, are you? I bought your favorite milk tea and I’m downstairs at your place. Let’s go see a movie tonight.” Lu Sichen sounded calm, nothing like someone who’d been giving me the cold shoulder for two years. I looked down at the baby in my arms, whom I’d just managed to soothe to sleep, completely confused and at a loss for words. Just as I was about to answer, I heard him say, “Baby, what are you doing? Hurry up and come down.” “I’m in postpartum confinement.” After that, Lu Sichen went around telling everyone that I’d cheated on him while we were dating, and even secretly gotten married and had a baby behind his back while we were still together.
