Scandal-Plagued Star Passes the Civil Service Exam

Before the civil service exam, I was so anxious that I stayed up late for several nights in a row, drilling practice questions. Then I died suddenly and became the foil to a novel’s female protagonist: a disgraced celebrity. Her agent tricked her into signing a contract with an astronomical breach-of-contract penalty and kept control of her social media account. The company wanted her to become infamous for publicity. Her agent used her account to chase clout online by riding the coattails of male celebrities. I tore up that cannon-fodder script in one stroke and passed the civil service exam.
