[Historical Romance] [Transmigrate] [Palace and Household Intrigue] [Multiple Identities] [Physician Consort] [Sweet Romance]
Jiang Xiaoyan, a calm and decisive infectious disease doctor, transmigrates as a bride forced to marry into the Great Qian dynasty to bring good luck. Her sedan chair sways along, carrying her to the bedside of the so-called "Mad Prince," rumored to be hideously ugly and afflicted with a secret illness.
She becomes Jiang Yining, the Prince Rui's bride sent to bring him good fortune, and the one woman secretly cherished by Great Qian's God of War. In public, he is a stern and imposing prince. In private, he turns into a clingy man who pouts and wheedles only with her.
She is also Lu Chenbi, niece of the Southern Chu chancellor and the one person the emperor in the palace can never let go of, his white moonlight. Ye Jinglan is afflicted with a strange poison and has spent half his life cold and detached, yet with her, he is utterly obsessed: "I may betray the whole world, but I will never let you go."
Upon the Three Lives Stone, a wordless heavenly book quietly unfolds: two dragons fight over a pearl, bound together by fate. In this vast mortal world, you alone are where my heart belongs.
A possessive, scheming prince x a sharp-witted, fiery physician consort
Married first, love later, double standards and face-slapping, with sweet romance and nonstop thrills.
Her best friend is an invaluable wingwoman, her allies are fiercely loyal, and the path to power is packed with satisfying moments.
A charming, devoted second male lead included. Come join the story.
I have read chapter 40 so far. The age difference between the male and female protagonists is nearly ten years. The male protagonist has been married. The former princess is deceased and they have a daughter. (The male protagonist has been ill for ten years, his daughter is five or six years old, and he is not close to her. I always feel that there is still a story to be told, and I am waiting for the update...)
It looks pretty good so far. I just hope that the male protagonist will get better soon and that he and the female protagonist can live a sweet and happy life together.
A good book that is true, objective and informative.
