Looking for Books Suitable for Students in the Second and Third Grade of Junior High Schoolᶻz ₍^_ ̫ _^₎
Now that I'm in my second year of junior high school, I'll look for some academic or literature books, which cover all subjects, preferably ones that junior high school students can understand.

Because I feel like my brain always has random thoughts, I did a search, and I didn't expect that there is a book on the subject called "Stop Thinking"! The five brain waves and seven emotional circuits mentioned in the book made me understand that I have switching paths! After practicing paying attention to the empty cup and space for one minute, I found that it is indeed as described in the book. If you focus on "nothingness", your brain will not "tell stories"!
The "rumination" phenomenon mentioned in this book is really common. I have friends who are always anxious because of little things. The methods provided in the book are very practical, such as understanding one's own state, entering a flow state, etc. I feel that it can help many people get rid of anxiety. The content is easy to understand and easy to read. Highly recommended!
For me, who often can't fall asleep late at night with movies constantly playing in my brain, random thoughts seem to have become an instinct. I often worry about my performance at work, and worry about the evaluation of colleagues and leaders. Even if the work has been completed or even the results are good, I will still doubt myself whether it is good enough. Random thoughts often stem from inner fears, insecurities and the difficulty in accepting uncertainty. However, it does not mean that once you understand this problem, you will not have random thoughts. Self-reconciliation Anxiety cannot be eliminated; Anxiety will not go away; The best way is to reconcile yourself. Three Steps to Reconciliation: Awareness + Reconciliation, Intervention, Reshaping. Awareness First, it is to identify the triggering mechanism of one's own "crazy thoughts"; It may be an external trigger, such as a work mistake or a specific incident of interpersonal conflict; It may also be internal triggers, such as emotions like anxiety, loneliness, and physical sensations under certain circumstances; When we realize that we are having random thoughts, we can keep a diary to record triggering scenes, specific thoughts, emotional reactions and body signals to detect patterns. Intervention Allow ideas to come to you, but don't make up stories about them or get caught up in emotional whirlpools, and don't be enslaved by your thoughts. When we encounter difficulties, we should not immediately think that we cannot solve them, but try to analyze the problems from a positive perspective and find solutions. Focus on the present moment rather than getting caught up in past regrets or future worries. You can use techniques such as meditation and deep breathing. Through these exercises, you can bring your attention back in time. Reshape By silently pausing or setting your own specific behavior, you can remind your brain to switch states and interrupt the process of random thoughts in time. Through daily emotion perception and thought analysis, you can strengthen your brain's sensitivity, achieve reconciliation with your thinking, and better control your heart. Separation of subjects, nothing outside the mind, and impermanence are the three most commonly used magic weapons for me.
Worry will never resolve tomorrow's misfortune, it will only take away today's happiness. Let go of your anxiety from now on. The two methods that impressed me most in the book are mind wandering (attention shifting) and meditation. These two methods can effectively relieve anxiety and you can meditate every day.
2025.2.19.8.00 Summary: Think more about the good side, don't think about the negative side, try to communicate with others and see what other people are curious about. Use a few of them and take a look.
There are theories, cases, and methods. The framework of the book is clear and the content is easy to understand. I briefly tried the relaxation method in this book, and it was indeed miraculous. It is definitely a good book worth reading twice.
2025.5.14 I read it piecemeal for seven days, totaling three hours and ten minutes. This is the 84th book I have read. I saw it on the home page and was attracted by the title, "How to Stop Thinking." However, after reading it, I felt that it was written in a profound way, with strong theoretical and practical implications. There are also quite a lot of methods mentioned in it, but I guess very few people would do it one by one, and write about meditation, flow, exercise, and getting close to nature in a long way. Overall, it's okay. It's just a methodology. Whether it's effective or not really depends on practice. Otherwise, reading it a hundred times will be in vain [face covering] [face covering]
The language is vivid, the feelings are sincere, and the philosophy of life is very strong.
This book is very helpful to me. I must continue to practice some of the methods shared in the book to calm myself and reduce stress, and apply them to my life. Practicing these methods will have a positive impact on myself.
It's a pretty good book. It mentions many practical methods for dealing with anxiety. It's worth a try.
Told! No more anxiety; be brave and be yourself!
This is a good book that can help people get rid of anxiety internal friction, how to use different methods to improve anxiety, explore human emotional problems, and also teach me how to make myself live a better life. It is worth reading. [Like][Think]
I have learned many ways to deal with anxiety, such as meditation, paying attention to breathing, and how to enter a flow state. I still need to be in touch with nature regularly. I hope that one day I can skillfully control myself to enter a flow state.
I personally feel that it is very beneficial to me. I read this book aloud, and at least my concentration returned while reading aloud. I don't feel anxious when I'm reading, I'm even happy. Everyone can come and take a look.
Effectively relieve anxiety
Exercise plus meditation plus persistence
If you focus on breathing, you won't think. This is really amazing!
"DNA does not represent destiny, but negative thoughts really do." "Every day, what you think, feel and believe will affect the gene expression in your body. You are your own genetic engineer." If you are anxious, you need to meditate more. There are many meditation methods in it, which can be used in conjunction with the seven-day withdrawal from electronic products. It will have unexpected effects.
For those who have anxiety, you can take a look
Benefited a lot, analyzed specific problems, listed solutions, and provided typical and vivid examples. The content is much more in-depth than the title of the book and is worth reading several times.
This book has a lot of useful information. It's very good. I like it very much.
The theory is thoroughly explained, the solution guidance is detailed, and it is highly operable. Friends, read and practice and enjoy the joy and beauty of life.
Very useful, at least for me. Get me out of my current anxiety
