[No harem, no intelligence, passionate growth, multiple Pokémon development]
In his senior year of high school, Ling traveled through time.
Pokémon invades reality and everyone can be a trainer - sounds cool, right?
Until he discovered that his "sacrificed" father seemed to be still alive.
Until he picked up an egg in the slop bucket in the cafeteria. The pattern on the eggshell was exactly the same as the Pokémon in his father's old photos that "doesn't exist in any illustrated books".
Until an old man in a wheelchair blocked him late at night:
"Your father is not dead."
"He is waiting for you in another world."
"And this one in your arms——"
The egg is broken.
A small head came out, stared at him with silver eyes, and called out softly:
"Mi."
The old man looked at it and slowly said the second half of the sentence:
"It's a key and a sacrifice."
