One Piece Chat Group: The Four Emperors Beg Me for Titles

[This novel focuses on messing with people's heads, winning over beautiful women, and overwhelming combat power. The story follows that order, so the protagonist won't be ridiculously powerful from the start. If that's a deal-breaker, please don't read. Much appreciated!]

Luo Fan transmigrates to the world of One Piece.

He awakens the Title System and joins a pirate chat group.

Luo Fan gives each member of the group a title, and every title comes with its own effect!

Shiki: “If you ask who's strongest in the East Blue, it's me, Shiki, the Bandit King! I'll smash the Four Emperors with a bottle in hand and trample the future Pirate King beneath my feet!”

Sanji: “Fight if you want to fight, but why light a cigarette?” How do I level up this title?

Zoro: Can I change “Taking the Longest Road” to “Greatest Swordsman”?

Mihawk: ??? Disciple, are you trying to steal my title?

Blackbeard: Why is the title above my head “Filial Son”?

Shanks: Why do I want the “Do Me a Favor” title above Koby's head so badly?

Many years later, Luo Fan uses the Influence Points earned through the group members to stand at the pinnacle of the world!

Yet he remains approachable, chatting with the group members in the chat group.

Luo Fan: “Everyone, tomorrow is the title upgrade assessment. If you haven't met your performance targets, get moving!”
