This book is very interesting! It tells the history of the Sui and Tang Dynasties in a very systematic way. I like Li Shimin in the book. He is really wise and courageous. But I hate Yang Guang, he is too cruel. Moreover, this book incorporates many new research results, which gave me a deeper understanding of history.
