The third edition of this book has been revised mainly in the following aspects: (1) Some particularly important issues in the general introduction are further discussed in conjunction with legislative revisions. (2) The analysis of important crimes in various criminal law monographs has increased the weight, while some non-key crimes are only briefly explained. (3) The newly added and revised crimes in the "Criminal Law Amendment (7)", "Criminal Law Amendment (8)" and "Criminal Law Amendment (9)" are analyzed one by one, and some important new crimes are also explained in detail to facilitate students to understand the latest developments in my country's criminal law legislation. (4) Based on the judicial interpretations issued by the "Two Highs" between 2008 and May 2015, the relevant content has been adjusted and modified.
