Integration of Homes and Homes: Research on the Extension Model of Institutional Elderly Care to Community Homes—taking Ningbo City as an Example

Based on the development trend of home-based elderly care services in Ningbo, this book focuses on the model of elderly care institutions using communities as a platform to provide elderly care services (i. E. Family + community + institution) to home-based elderly people. It explores the theoretical basis and conducts comprehensive and multi-angle research and exploration on issues such as its organizational structure, operating systems and mechanisms, and service effectiveness. It systematically summarizes the development characteristics of the elderly population in Ningbo, studies and analyzes the challenges and opportunities that the aging population brings to the development of home-based elderly care in Ningbo, and sorts out the relevant policy guarantees for this model. Department, taking the home-hospital integration model as a typical case, analyzes and evaluates the practice of extending institutional elderly care services to community homes.
