One Piece: Legend of the Ghost Fish

Ryan Neo, who came close to being sold into slavery to the Celestial Dragons, has no grand ambitions or aspirations. He has no plans to stir up trouble in the pirate world and only wants to live a quiet, peaceful life of his own. He plans to head to the East Blue, known as the Weakest Sea, and enjoy a pastoral life. But then an unexpected troublemaker appears along the way: a rubber idiot wearing a straw hat. Forced to shoulder an enormous bounty, Neo has no choice but to join the pirate crew and embark on a legendary adventure.
