Blood Ties

Years after divorcing my ex-wife, I remarried.

When my son found out, he didn't say anything. He just told me not to have another child.

“I'm already in my twenties. If you have a kid, they'll call me big brother, but I could practically be their father.”

Those were my son's exact words.

I stared at the test results in my hand and fell into deep thought.
