Siheyuan: Returning Home to Take Charge of the Steel Mill!

After accidentally transmigrating into the world of the courtyard, Li Qiuyi becomes the orphan of a fallen martyr. During a turbulent era, when the schemers try to send him to the countryside, Li Qiuyi applies to study abroad in the United States instead. By the 1980s, after finishing his studies and returning home, he takes over a steel mill on the brink of bankruptcy and launches a sweeping transformation. Thanks to the connections he built during his years abroad, he sells gas canisters to the oil-rich Camel Kingdom, tractors to the peace-loving General Gaddafi, and long-range firefighting missiles to rich buyers, raking in foreign currency. “What? You say these are military products?” “Who told you that?” “Open your eyes and look carefully. They’re all civilian products!!!” “Oh, and these Dongfeng missiles are meant for sale to Pakistan, the Iron Brotherhood, for delivering packages. They work insanely well. If you don’t believe me, ask the Japanese.” As for the schemers in the courtyard, Li Qiuyi can’t be bothered with them. If they dare provoke him, he’ll simply crush them.
