This is a good book on cooking. It clearly describes the principles and methods. There are few books that write down the principles of cooking. Most of them are recipes. What it means to draw inferences from one example and what it means to understand everything from one to the next is in this book.
The seasoning tips in the book are very practical, and the authors must be experienced chefs, so the content is very professional. I particularly liked the descriptions of the various characters' personalities and experiences, which made me feel like I was cooking with them. All in all, this is a highly recommended food book!
Thank you very much! You can learn from this book!
You can see a lot of cooking experience - but don't eat MSG and chicken essence as it will damage your liver and kidneys
