Unexpectedly, bandits ambushed him on the way, forcing him to flee to Binzhou. The bandits left him gravely wounded and on the brink of death. Fortunately, a wise cultivator pointed him toward the Purple Thorn Temple on Liulin Slope to seek the Way to immortality. On the journey, he fainted by the roadside from his severe injuries, only to encounter another wise cultivator who rescued him. He then became the cultivator's disciple and took the Daoist name Xuan Zhen to stabilize his fate. He has always helped those in danger and in need, and, true to his convictions, fought demons and exorcised evil. He died while saving others, but fortunately received Heaven's protection and was ultimately granted a place among the immortals and the title Chenxuan. His immortal abode is on Qinglong Mountain.

In some places, I felt mixed emotions while reading it, as if I had seen Gu Long's novels in the past. The layout was large and I could see the sadness of the small characters.
